In the good old days we answered our phone, and sometimes still do. But with thousands on our roster and hundreds deployed by us, our HQ staff is invariable restricted to communicating by email. So I encourage you to contact us by email.

And for the same reason, visiting our Ottawa offices without an appointment is not a good idea as our staff work flexible hours and even if in the office, are often are in the middle of deploying individuals or other time-sensitive tasks.
